I dont have a new years resolution because i play sports all year round and its practice after practice and game after game. But one thing i started to do in 2015 that will carry over is weights and lifting. so thats one good thing, and for my size im on the dot for the weight i should be and one of my goals though is to be able to max out at somewhere around 210 that is very achievable for me.
